So you’ve successfully made the transition to the paleo diet. Congratulations! But, do you ever find yourself reminiscing about your favorite breakfast foods? Waffles? Pancakes? French toast?
Turn that frown upside down because you can still enjoy making delicious breakfast foods for yourself without cups of sugar and loads of carbs that are typically aplenty in breakfast foods. It’s time to put that waffle maker back into action! If you don’t have a waffle maker, you could alternatively use this recipe and make sweet potato pancakes, which are equally delicious.
By the way, sweet potatoes also have numerous health benefits, from being rich in fiber, lower in fat and cholesterol, and being packed with carotenoids, which have been linked to cancer prevention and anti-aging.
